  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Wrap the bottom of the springform pan in aluminum foil and place it in a larger baking dish with water. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from springform pan and drizzle with caramel before serving.
