6 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Ingredients: Peel and dice the potatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic. This can be done the night before.
Layer Ingredients: Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker, then layer chopped onions, garlic, and crumbled bacon on top.
