- Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into chunks and removing any seeds if necessary. For the best texture, use cold watermelon straight from the refrigerator.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. For quicker freezing, use a shallow dish or baking pan.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. For a softer texture, you can serve after 2-3 hours of freezing.
- Scoop and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For the creamiest texture, use very ripe, sweet watermelon. If you prefer a smoother sorbet, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before freezing to remove any pulp.
