  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
