- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the sliced peaches, being careful not to break them up too much. The peaches should be evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top of the salad. If using nuts, toast them lightly in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then sprinkle over the crumbs.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This chilling time helps the salad set and makes it even more refreshing.
- Just before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches that hold their shape when mixed. For gluten-free option, use crushed gluten-free cookies or omit graham crackers. Add graham cracker crumbs just before serving to maintain crunch. Can be made dairy-free with alternatives.
