  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into even pieces. Rinse the basil leaves and pat them dry.
  2. Assemble the Salad: On a large serving platter, arrange the peach and tomato slices in an alternating pattern. Place the mozzarella slices between the peaches and tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle and Season: Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Notes
