- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into even pieces. Rinse the basil leaves and pat them dry.

Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best flavor. Heirloom tomatoes add a beautiful color and rich flavor to the salad. For extra texture, consider adding toasted pine nuts or almonds.
