- Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges. If the peaches are very firm, you can lightly grill them for a minute on each side to enhance their sweetness.

- Tear the burrata cheese into large chunks and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
